Event: February 3-4, 2024
Cost: $375 per Team

Sanctioning: This is a sanctioned USA Volleyball Event. Please contact your Region for club and individual membership information.
Age Division: 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U
Spectators
Tickets and passes (wristbands) are sold on site for $12 per day, or $16 for a weekend pass.
On-Site Event Check-IN
Saturday morning at Rocky Top Sports World. Doors open at 1 hour before the first scheduled match. Please bring a signed AES, Sportsengine, or SRVA roster. Coaches will pick up wristbands and player/coach gifts. Players will be able to get in with their jersey.
Spectator Code of Conduct
This is a USA Volleyball sanctioned event. By entering the facility, all spectators agree to abide by the following Spectator Code of Conduct as required by USA Volleyball. Spectators also understand that injury from flying objects incidental to the sport of volleyball may occur at this event and attend at their own risk. Be alert at all times, especially during active play. Children not participating on a team entered in the event must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. The venue is not to be considered an open play area. Open courts and free space within the facility are not designated or designed for general child-play activities and should be used for event related activities only.
Any code of conduct broken at this event can lead to immediate removal from the building.
REFUND POLICY
Teams not accepted into the event: Full Refund
Teams that drop 30 days before the Event: Full Refund
Teams that drop within 30 days of the Event: No Refund
AWARDS
ALL First and Second place teams in the Gold Division and will receive individual medals for all players AND coaches! All other Division winners teams will receive medals for each player and coaches.
